Rooms and Prices

The Parish Rooms in Cheadle Hulme can accommodate groups from 10 to 200 at very competitive rates. All rooms can be booked for both one-off and regular events between 9 am and 10.30 pm, seven days a week.

We are licensed for stage plays, music, singing and dancing. 

All our ground floor rooms are fully accessible. We also have accessible toilet facilities.

Main Hall (Ground Floor)

The Main Hall is the heart of the Parish Rooms. It has a traditional post-war style with raised stage and balcony. When you hire this room you can also take advantage of our kitchen facilities for free. This room can be hired with the stage area which has lighting and drawable curtains (at an extra cost)

Capacity: 120 seated theatre style; 100 seated at tables; 200 standing. Balcony seats 25

Dimensions: 14.5 m by 7.5m

Facilities: 120 chairs; 15 trestle tables; basic sound system with CD player and handheld microphones; projector screen

Cost to hire: £19 per hour

Cost to hire with stage: £25 per hour

Club Room (First Floor)

A bright, good sized space which is very popular with pilates and dancing groups and is used by a local Beavers group one evening a week.

Capacity: 40 seated theatre style; 36 seated at tables

Dimensions: 10 m by 6.4 m

Facilities: 40 chairs; 10 trestle tables; an upright piano

Cost to hire: £15 per hour

Crush Room (Ground Floor)

An adaptable, medium-sized meeting room with some soft seating at the sides.

Capacity: 40 seated theatre style; 30 seated at tables

Dimensions: 6.2 m by 5.9 m

Facilities: 40 chairs; 10 trestle tables; an upright piano

Cost to hire: £9.50 per hour

Committee Room (First Floor)

A light room which is ideal for smaller meetings.

Capacity: 20 seated theatre style or boardroom style.

Dimensions: 6.9 m by 3.8 m

Facilities: 20 chairs; 5 trestle tables

Cost to hire: £6.50 per hour

Kitchen (Ground Floor)

The kitchen cannot be hired separately but is included for free for use by hirers of the Ground Floor rooms. It comes with crockery and cutlery, a dishwasher, four ring hob, water boiler.
